Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkShift.App (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

Eligibility

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 16 years old to use it.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for configuring, testing, and validating your redirect rules and destinations.

Service scope (no hosting)

The Service provides redirect management and routing configuration. We do not host your websites, applications, landing pages, or other content, and we are not a CDN or web hosting provider. You are responsible for hosting, content, and availability of destination services.

Merchant of Record and payments

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases made through the Service. All payments, billing, invoicing, tax calculation, chargebacks, and refunds (if any) are processed and controlled by Lemon Squeezy under their terms. You acknowledge that your contractual relationship for payment processing is with Lemon Squeezy, and you agree to comply with their payment policies. We do not store or control your payment method details and are not responsible for any payment processing errors, declines, or disputes handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Subscriptions are offered on monthly or yearly terms only.
• We do not offer business, enterprise, or custom pricing through Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices and limits may change; we will provide reasonable notice.

Automated security screening (anti-abuse)

You acknowledge and agree that we utilize automated third-party security scanning services (such as Google Web Risk API, as an example, or other similar providers) to evaluate Destination URLs and related redirect targets. You expressly authorize us to submit Destination URLs and related metadata to these services for safety screening. We may change or add providers at our discretion. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to automatically disable any Redirect Rule, suspend routing, or block an Account if any Destination URL is flagged as malicious, unsafe, suspicious, or otherwise high-risk. We may take such action immediately, without notice. You waive any claims against us for losses resulting from these automated actions, including false positives. No refunds, credits, or service extensions will be issued for any period during which a Redirect Rule or Account is blocked for security screening or enforcement. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to **lost traffic, lost revenue, or marketing budget waste**, resulting from such automated blocking, even in cases where a safe URL was incorrectly flagged (false positives).

Identity verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to request proof of identification, business ownership, or usage intent at any time, at our sole and final discretion. Failure to provide such documentation immediately may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your Account without prior notice and without liability. If requested documentation is not provided or is deemed insufficient, we may delete your Account and data without refund or compensation.

Prohibited use (zero tolerance)

• Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive activity.
• Do not host, mask, or route to malicious or harmful destinations.
• Do not violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy for spam and malicious use.

Service availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur, and we may modify or discontinue features to improve the Service or comply with law. We do not provide uptime guarantees or service credits unless explicitly agreed in writing.

No-logs policy (visitor IP)

We do not log or store visitor IP addresses for marketing or profiling purposes. Visitor IP addresses may be processed temporarily only for technical security, abuse prevention, and aggregated statistics. We do not retain visitor IPs beyond what is necessary for these limited purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and software are owned by LinkShift.App and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail identity verification, or if required by law. We may also block specific Redirect Rules or Accounts for security or abuse prevention. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkShift.App disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Lemon Squeezy for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 0 for free accounts. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost traffic, service interruptions, data loss, or lost business opportunities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Independent operator's place of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
